HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards and debit cards via Verotel. However, please make sure that your card can be used for international payments. It’s possible that your card may not work outside of your country. We recommend to disable a VPN (if any) during the purchase and choose the currency of payment corresponding to the currency of your bank card. There are also other payment options, such as Bank Transfer [iDEAL] and Cryptocurrencies. If there's a payment method that you're wondering about, you can contact us and we'll let you know.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL, GOOGLE CHECKOUT, OR APPLE PAY?

Currently, we don't accept such payments. If anything changes with the acceptable use policy of those payment processing services we will look into adding these options.

DO YOU ACCEPT BITCOINS?

We do accept Bitcoins and many other cryptocurrencies through Plisio. The list of accepted crypto: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, TRX, BNB, BUSD, LTC, DOGE, ZEC, SHIB, TUSD, ETC, XMR, BTT, DASH, BCH. There are several exchanges where you can buy or sell cryptocurrencies for money, including dollars, euros and other fiat currencies. Some popular exchanges include Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, OKX, Huobi and KuCoin.

IF I ORDER SOMETHING FROM THE SITE, HOW WOULD IT BE LISTED ON MY STATEMENT?

This depends on your payment method. If you pay your order with a card through Verotel, it will list 'vtsup.com' on your bank statement. Anyway, nothing related to adult entertainment will be on your card statement!

DO YOU SHIP TO ... ?

We only offer downloadable products via Internet. We do NOT ship any items. However, we request your Name and Country during checkout because it is required for billing and payment processing.

I PURCHASED A PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE AND I CAN'T DOWNLOAD IT. CAN YOU HELP ME?

You can access all your downloads in the Downloads section of your account. You must be logged into your account to view your downloads. Click the download button next to the product title you wish to download. For most products, files are archived into a .zip file, and you will need file archiving software (e.g. WinZip, 7-Zip, Keka) to unpack the media content. In some cases, a mobile/mp4 version will be available as a direct link.

I USED A COUPON AND IT DOESN'T WORK. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS?

If the coupon code does not work, it could be that the coupon has either expired, does not exist, or was entered incorrectly. The coupon code may also not be applicable for the product you are trying to use it on (many new products are excluded from coupon deals). Make sure the coupon code is entered in exactly as it is written in UPPERCASE .

I WANT A REFUND ON A PRODUCT I RECENTLY BOUGHT.

Due to the nature of downloadable products, we only offer refunds under special circumstances. The customer is responsible for making sure his/her order is correct before submitting payment.  If you feel that there was an error with the download, please contact customer service and we will discuss this further with you. Please provide the order number(s) in your message to help the customer service representative in resolving the issue.
